Refund and Return Policy

At PureCold X5, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Our priority is to ensure you enjoy a cooler and more comfortable environment. If you are not happy with your order, we are here to help.

1. Return Period

You have 30 calendar days from the date you receive your item to request a return. If 30 days have gone by since your delivery, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • The air cooler must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

  • It must be in the original packaging (box, inserts, and protective wrapping).

  • It must include all accessories (USB Type-C cable, instruction manual).

3. Return Process

Please note: Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. We will provide you with the correct warehouse address for returns once your request is reviewed.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

Since the PureCold X5 is an electronic device, we perform strict quality controls. However, if your product arrives damaged during shipping or has a manufacturing defect:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product.

  2. Send photos or a short video clearly showing the issue to marcojoaquin1210@gmail.com.

  3. In these cases, we will send you a brand-new replacement unit at no extra cost or provide a full 100% refund.

5. Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning an item, unless the product arrived damaged or defective. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

6. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5 to 10 business days.
