At PureCold X5, we are committed to delivering your order as quickly and safely as possible. We work with global fulfillment partners to ensure you receive the best cooling technology directly to your door.
1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed and prepared within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.
2. Estimated Shipping Times
We offer insured worldwide shipping. Please note the following estimated delivery times:

USA, United Kingdom, and Europe: 7-12 business days.

Rest of the World: 10-15 business days.
Note: These times are estimates. While most packages arrive on time, factors such as customs clearance or seasonal high demand may occasionally cause slight delays.
3. Tracking Your Order
Once your package is on its way, we will provide you with a tracking link. You can follow your PureCold X5 journey from our warehouse to your home. Please allow 2-4 days for the tracking information to update in the system.

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
PureCold X5 is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). However, our parcels are small and rarely incur additional charges.
6. Incorrect Address Disclaimer
It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that the shipping address entered is correct. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping time, so there is a very small window to correct an incorrect shipping address. Please contact us immediately if you believe you have provided an incorrect address.
7. Lost/Stolen Packages
PureCold X5 is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, we will confirm the delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
